These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Pune Home Service (punehomeservice.com), managed by Abhinav Enterprises. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Provider Status
Pune Home Service is an independent, third-party appliance repair service provider. We are NOT authorized by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any appliance brand or manufacturer. We provide multi-brand repair services using genuine and compatible spare parts.
2. Service Charges
- A visiting/inspection charge of ₹199–₹299 is applicable for all service requests. This covers the technician's visit and initial diagnosis.
- The visiting charge is adjusted against the final repair bill if you proceed with the repair.
- The visiting charge is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after the technician's visit.
- Final repair costs include parts + labor charges. The estimate is shared and approved by you before any repair work begins.
- Payment is accepted via Cash, UPI, and online bank transfer.
3. Warranty Policy
- All repair services come with a 30 to 90 day warranty on the specific work performed and parts replaced.
- Warranty covers only the specific issue that was repaired. New issues or unrelated problems are not covered.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by another technician, or in case of physical damage, power surges, water damage, or misuse after repair.
- To claim warranty, call us with your original service receipt/job ID.
4. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the repair charges paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for pre-existing defects, electrical issues, or any damage caused by factors outside our control.
- We are not responsible for the overall lifespan or condition of old appliances.
- In case of accidental damage during repair, we will attempt to resolve the issue or compensate for the repair cost of the affected component only.
5. Booking & Scheduling
- Service appointments are subject to technician availability in your area.
- We aim for same-day service for bookings placed before 12 PM. Afternoon bookings may be scheduled for the next morning.
- Estimated arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or prior appointments.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance issue and your address.
- Ensure the appliance is accessible and the work area is clear for the technician.
- Be present (or have an authorized representative) during the service visit.
- Approve the final repair estimate before work begins.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
