1. Booking Cancellation
You may cancel your booked appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location. To cancel:

2. Right to Decline Repair
You have the full right to decline proceeding with the repair after the technician inspects your appliance and provides an estimate. In this case:
- Only the visiting fee of βΉ199ββΉ299 is payable
- No repair charges will apply
- The technician will leave your appliance in the same condition as found
3. Refund Policy
Since Pune Home Service typically collects payment after the service is completed, advance payment refunds are handled as follows:
- If you have paid in advance (e.g., online payment) and cancel before the technician departs β full refund will be processed within 5β7 working days
- If you cancel after the technician arrives β visiting fee (βΉ199ββΉ299) is deducted and the balance is refunded within 5β7 working days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used
4. Warranty Claim β Revisit Policy
If your repaired appliance develops the same fault within the warranty period (30β90 days depending on service type):
- Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your original service details
- We will schedule a free revisit at no additional charge
- No visiting fee is charged for warranty revisits
- If the fault is covered under warranty, the repair is completely free
- If the fault is a new, unrelated issue β standard visiting and repair charges apply
5. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in the following situations:
- Technician unavailability in your area due to emergency or illness
- Extreme weather or other force majeure circumstances
- Incorrect or undeliverable address provided
- Safety concerns at the service location
In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience. No charge will apply.
