Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund procedures for services booked through Pune Home Service (punehomeservice.com), managed by Abhinav Enterprises.

1. Cancellation Before Technician Dispatch

  • You may cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation is made before the technician has been dispatched to your location.
  • To cancel, call us at +91 8840540311 or message on WhatsApp.
  • No cancellation charges apply in this case.

2. Cancellation After Technician Dispatch

⚠️ Important: Once the technician has been dispatched to your location, the visiting/inspection charge (₹199–₹299) is non-refundable regardless of whether you proceed with the repair or not.

  • If you cancel after the technician has left for your location, the visiting charge must be paid.
  • If the technician has arrived and performed an inspection, the visiting charge is non-refundable.

3. Refund After Service Completion

⚠️ No refunds are provided after the repair service has been completed.

  • Once repair work is performed and accepted by the customer, the service charges are non-refundable.
  • If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will re-service it at no additional cost instead of providing a refund.
  • Refunds are not provided for successfully completed services where the customer later has a change of mind.

4. Warranty Claims (Not Refunds)

  • If the repaired issue reoccurs within the 30–90 day warranty period, contact us immediately.
  • We will send a technician to re-check and fix the issue at no extra charge.
  • Warranty is void if the appliance has been tampered with by another service provider, or damaged due to external factors (power surge, physical impact, water damage, etc.).

5. Spare Parts Returns

  • Installed spare parts cannot be returned or refunded once fitted into the appliance.
  • Old/replaced parts are returned to the customer upon request at the time of service.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
